About Us

• What is Noggins?

  Noggins is an NFT collective and ERC-20 DAO focused on making collectible digital assets and building a community of stakeholders who can participate in the upside of our blockchain-based software and collectibles.

• What's this about, anyway?

  Noggins is founded on two principles: doing good things and giving back.
  
  These two principles inform the strategy and decisions behind everything we do -- making high-quality digital collectibles, giving back to our digital community, building useful software platforms for public use, and giving back to the world at large.

• Is Noggins a charity?

  No, Noggins is an NFT collective and ERC-20 DAO focused on building a community of stakeholders who can participate in the upside of our blockchain-based software and collectibles.
  
  That said, we have partnered with Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital to run a charitable fundraising campaign, because we believe in doing good by our community. In addition to funds raised by community member donations, we are giving back 20% of all Noggins NFT sales to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
  
  So while Noggins is not a charity, we still believe in giving back to those in need -- and if you join the Noggins community, so do you.

• Who’s on the team?

  We are a tight team of artists, engineers, UI/UX wizards, and tech project managers working together with the shared goal of producing high-quality products and experiences for our community and the public at large.
  
  Each of us has 10+ years of practical and professional experience in our field and brings unique talent and perspective to the table, resulting in a balanced approach to design, development, and marketing.

About Noggins NFT

• What are Noggins NFTs?

  Noggins is a whimsical collection of 10,000 unique pieces of digital character art, which live on the Ethereum blockchain as ERC-721 NFTs. Each Noggins character is born into existence at the precise moment of minting.
  
  When you mint your Noggins NFT, the Noggins Factory chooses and combines multiple random character attributes (skull type, facial features, accessories, etc.) from a pool of hundreds of unique digital elements all hand-drawn by artist James Alfie.

• How do I get a Noggins NFT?

  Noggins NFTs can be minted to your Ethereum wallet for 0.08ETH, starting on Feb 14 2022.
  
  If you get on the whitelist prior to the Feb 14th minting launch, you can mint your Noggins NFT for half-price and save 0.04ETH.

• What is the minting whitelist?

  Being on the minting whitelist gives you the ability to mint Noggins NFTs at half-price, saving you 0.04ETH.
  
  To join the whitelist, please make a $25 donation to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital and be sure to copy + paste your wallet address instead of using your name during the online donation checkout process.

About $NOGZ ERC-20

• What is $NOGZ?

  $NOGZ is an ERC-20 token available for free public claiming until July 6 2022. If you hold $NOGZ in your Ethereum wallet, you will be able to stake it and earn a share of profits from commissions earned on transactions through our blockchain fundraising platform launching in 2022.

• How do I claim my $NOGZ tokens?

  You can claim your $NOGZ tokens until July 6 2022.
  
  To complete the claiming process, first connect your MetaMask Ethereum wallet. After that, you'll verify your Twitter account -- when you're redirected back here, you'll see the total amount of $NOGZ token you're eligible to claim and can click the Claim button to airdrop the $NOGZ tokens to your MetaMask ethereum wallet.

• Why is Twitter verification required to claim $NOGZ tokens?

  The cryptocurrency and NFT communities on Twitter are some of the best we've seen across the social media landscape. The intent behind $NOGZ is to establish a community of stakeholders to a wide group of like-minded people, who congregate on Twitter to engage with one another and share ideas.
  
  We want everybody to be able to claim $NOGZ tokens, and to do this we need to avoid a scenario where a few people create lots of new wallets, to claim more than their fair share of $NOGZ tokens. Since most everybody in this community has a Twitter account, it seemed like a good way to cut down on this potential issue.
  
  We also want to make sure we reward people who believe in our message of doing good things and giving back, so when you verify your Twitter account to claim your $NOGZ, you are letting us know just two things: if you are following @NogginsNFT and if you have retweeted @NogginsNFT (within your 10 most recent "actions" on Twitter). If you follow us and/or retweet us, you can claim more $NOGZ. This is our way of building a stronger $NOGZ community, weighted more towards people who share our goals.
  
  Our software only looks at these two pieces of information. We never store, share, publish, mine, sell, profit from, or otherwise use any of your Twitter information in any way.
